Physiotherapy means different things to different people. To us, it is time well spent through thorough assessments, quality treatment techniques, and an on-going plan for successful health. Let us be involved in making your recovery as effective as possible.

If this is your first visit to the clinic, please remember to book an INITIAL appointment, as this will ensure enough time for your session to determine the best course of treatment for you. Your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled due to lack of time in our schedule if booked incorrectly.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, may be charged a cancellation fee.

DIRECT BILLING: We are able to direct bill most private third party insurance plans, WorkSafe BC and ICBC. If you have extended health insurance, please bring your policy details to your first appointment.

Physiotherapy is an effective process for relieving inflammation, working through joint and tissue restrictions, and improving healing and recovery. If you’ve been injured playing a sport, in a vehicle or work accident, our physiotherapists can help relieve pain and improve your mobility. We educate patients on the nature of their injury, how their body operates and how to maximize their recovery and take control of their health back.

Our physiotherapists specialize in manual therapy, functional dry needling, post-operative surgery rehabilitation, traction/spinal decompression, and sports injury exercise prescription to help guide your recovery for both acute and chronic injuries.

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy helps to reduce stress and tension, which can relieve headaches, muscle aches and many types of muscle pains. Massage therapy is a way to help promote the body’s natural healing process, reducing injury-healing time and is an excellent form of preventative health care.

Kinesiology

Kinesiology is an active form of rehabilitation that helps patients transition from passive treatment to participating in the activities they love. Our registered Kinesiologist will conduct a comprehensive assessment and design an individualized exercise program that carefully considers your current injury, past medical history and functional outcomes to help you achieve your goals.
